We are looking for new people to join our team. At CaptureISG, you will work in a comfortable environment where teamwork is key to success.   Below are two positions: 1) telephone callers for research, and 2) part time sales

PART TIME EVENING AND WEEKEND POSITIONS – 5 OPENINGS

Our research positions are just that, research; there are no sales or telemarketing activities associated with these positions. This position will be part time to start, but the hours may be increased based on performance. A minimum of 12 hours weekly is required for consideration with most shifts starting at 6:00 PM and concluding at 10:00 PM or 11:00 PM. Attractive hourly rate for the best qualified applicants.

Our typical hours are between 6 and 11pm Monday through Thursday and 10am and 4pm on Saturday. Some Sundays may be required.

This is a research position, you will be calling individuals to discuss their current or former workplace, assess employer satisfaction, engagement, compliance issues and other information that our clients may be seeking. Other survey research includes brand awareness, image and client satisfaction research conducted by telephone requiring similar skills.

Position Requirements – English speaking and multi-lingual researchers

- Efficient Typing Skills
- Excellent Grammar and writing skills
- The ability to perform research and collect actionable data.
- Excellent Communication Skills
- The ability to work with others
- The ability to work evenings and weekends (6-11pm and at least two weekend days a month)
- The ability to work at least 3-4 shifts per week
- The ability to use Internet Explorer and Firefox
- The ability to use MS Outlook
- The ability to use MS Word
- Prior telephone work required
- Spanish, French, Portuguese and Chinese dialects are also currently being sought.

These positions require working in the Stuart, Florida call center only.

SALES PART TIME DAY AND AFTERNOON POSITIONS – 3 OPENINGS

The primary responsibility for this job is making outbound calls to various businesses and people in your already established professional network introducing our company and generating interest about the various services we offer. A well-defined existing business network is a big plus! We are looking for someone that can produce results in this area and eventually lead a team of other sales and relationship agents. The perfect candidate should possess the following skills:

- Be familiar with one or more of the following industries - financial services, healthcare, hospitality or human resources industries
- Familiarity with market research services and best practices
- Aggressive and motivated to engage potential business professionals
- Comfortable speaking to high level decision makers
- Dependable and Reliable
- Has prior B2B sales experience
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Thrives in a team oriented environment
- Management skills a big-plus

Salary and/or commission schedules may be discussed with the appropriate applicants.

These positions require working in the Stuart, Florida call center only.
