What types of reporting can we expect
following a research or HR campaign?
Your data will be provided to you in a fashion that works

for you! From our systems, we can export data into almost any
format and deliver those results in a timely fashion. You can
elect to receive a data table with the results, a spreadsheet, a
statistical data-file (SPSS) or you may choose to have the
results interpreted by our team and have a top line or detailed
analysis provided. We can include charts, graphs, statistical
tables and cross tabs.
How does CaptureISG perform
interviews?
For Human Resource services, the majority
of our interviewing is conducted via telephone
utilizing our inbound/outbound calling services.
Interviews can also be done using secure client
websites while others use our in-house systems
to capture responses. Our clients have
many different preferences. As a provider, we
utilize the best methods available to meet
client data and cost requirements. All calls are
handled by our personnel; we employ interactive
response systems to collect information for our clients.
Is there a standard set of questions
to ask or can we include questions important to us?
While there are some standard questions that are
generally asked, the end result will include a survey questionnaire that is designed to address each of your issues.
Through our planning and discussions, we help you to plan a
strategy for collecting the information most critical to your
business or workplace. A CaptureISG liaison will work with you
to organize your interview tool so that it makes sense and is
designed in a fashion that yields the information you seek.
How do you arrive at pricing for your
services?
To remain competitive and attractive to our clients,
we listen to their needs, which include any budget constraints,
and arrive at a solution that is a win-win for all parties. We
typically price on a project basis, unit cost or where needed, at
an hourly rate.
